Return Policy
Returns and Restocking
Unused items may be returned and are subject to a 25% restocking fee unless otherwise specified. Returned items must be brand new and in original packaging. In some cases, we may offer the option to apply a reduced restocking fee and issue the remaining balance as store credit.
All return requests must be reported within 30 days of the original invoice date. Items are not eligible for return after 30 days.
If an item has been modified, installed, or altered in any way, it is not eligible for return. SVBimmer does not cover any costs related to installation or removal, and replacement may be required.
Shipping charges are not refundable in either direction unless explicitly approved by SVBimmer.
Non Returnable Items
Special order items are not eligible for return. This includes custom painted products, freight shipments, and other similar items due to the added complexity involved in processing returns.
Exceptions may be made only in cases of verified manufacturer defects.
Special Order Items
Some items are special ordered specifically for a customer’s vehicle and may require a deposit or full payment. Once the customer agrees to the special order and payment is submitted, the deposit becomes non refundable.
Special order items cannot be returned, resold, or canceled under any circumstances, except in cases of manufacturer defects.
Order Cancellations
All canceled orders are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 5%, which reflects non refundable payment processing costs incurred at the time of purchase.
Shipping and Delivery
SVBimmer does not refund shipping charges. Orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS and USPS. Some manufacturer shipped packages may require a signature for delivery.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
SVBimmer and its manufacturers package all products appropriately for shipment. Any damage that occurs during transit is typically the responsibility of the carrier.
If a shipment arrives damaged, the issue must be reported to SVBimmer within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photos of the exterior packaging, interior packaging, and the damaged product are required to initiate a claim and are necessary for carrier review.
SVBimmer may assist with the carrier claim process when applicable. No refund or credit will be issued for items that have been installed, altered, deformed, or damaged due to customer handling. All items are subject to inspection prior to the approval of any refund or credit.
Route Shipping Insurance
We strongly encourage customers to opt in to Route Shipping Insurance at checkout to protect against lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
By opting out of Route Shipping Insurance at checkout, the customer acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments once the order has been marked as delivered.
