United States Notice

SVBimmer does not represent that any product sold is approved for street use or compliant with emissions regulations in any specific jurisdiction.

California Notice

California law prohibits the use of aftermarket exhaust components or systems that modify, remove, or replace factory emissions equipment unless the California Air Resources Board has issued a valid Executive Order for the specific product, or the vehicle is used exclusively for competition on closed courses. SVBimmer does not guarantee that any product has received a California Air Resources Board Executive Order or qualifies for any racing exemption. Customers are fully responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable California emissions laws.
