The base plates of this durable roll bar are produced using precise laser cut and formed panels before being tig welded to the mandrel bent chromoly tubing. This bar allows the factory seatbelts to remain intact while also facilitating the installation of multi-point race harnesses.
Produced in house by our team of fabricators, the MKV Supra initial bar design is completed utilizing CAD. Precision cut chromoly tubing is then sent to our computer aided mandrel tubing bender before being placed in a vehicle specific fixture where it is TIG welded.
Unlike other roll bars on the market, we use lighter 4130 Chromoly tubing. All main bars are 1.75” Chromoly so that you maintain the same durability of other roll bars on the market without the extra weight gain of a standard DOM tubing.
