We use the highest quality pre-impregnated carbon fiber material cured in state of the art autoclaves to ensure that each Front Intake Vent has a straight and uniform weave pattern with consistent depth and clarity throughout the product.
3D Engineered Mounting Locations
Our GX Front Intakes feature precisely engineered plastic mounting tabs that are glued on to the 100% pre-impregnated Carbon Fiber Intake Vent. After testing these on multiple vehicles we found that utilizing carbon fiber for the mounting locations resulted in poor fitment and the tabs from the bumper were not seating correctly since the Carbon Fiber was stiffer than the OEM Plastic. RSC then developed injection molded plastic mounting locations which provide for a clean OEM like installation with the bumper tabs seating correctly like you would expect from an OEM piece.
